NHAI Will Consider Building Second Noida Expressway

While the Noida Authority has granted in-principle approval and MP Mahesh Sharma has strongly advocated for the project, NHAI still needs to provide a formal commitment. The bypass could be executed by NHAI or through a special purpose vehicle, and approval from multiple agencies remains pending.
